Nova is a neighborhood gastropub located in the Kessler X+ area. Our menu is made up of favorites that our many regulars have come to love, incredible brick-oven pizza, and, naturally, our #1 hummus!

Daily and weekly specials round out a menu that is guaranteed to have something from picky-mini-eaters (sliders) to romantic couples (Grilled Chicken and Peanut Chop Salad, Lemongrass Vinaigrette.)

Our full bar includes local and national draft beers from the best small breweries. We also stock over 25 different bottled beers, from Chimay to Coors Light! Ask Kerri or Jake to make one of their signature cocktails.

We Are Serving Icey Cold Cocktails!

This has been about the hottest summer on record here in Dallas. Our stalwart mixologists have been working away at their craft creating some of the most refreshing drinks around. How about a Berry Gimlet – a different take on the classic gin drink. Fruity!

If peaches aren’t your thing don’t worry blueberries are the next best. Try the Blueberry Moscow Mule. Crafted with local blueberries, shaved ginger, Russian vodka, fresh lime, and sugar shaken to a T and filled with ginger beer. The perfect summer cooler!!!

Jake has really outdone himself with this one – The Peach 75! Crafted with peaches, thyme, fresh lime, agave nectar, and Russain vodka shaken to perfection and then topped with champagne. You’ll be in love with this one!!!
